This policy does not limit statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to damaged, defective, misdescribed, undelivered, or inaccessible products. Refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be provided where legally required.

Digital delivery does not automatically waive any cancellation right. Where applicable, immediate delivery and any waiver require your express consent and acknowledgment before delivery.

Ebook editions are delivered as an online flip-book; your personal reading link arrives by email with the order confirmation. If the link does not arrive, contact info@falconerholdings.com with your order number.
